2. Select a category from the Graphic category option. All graphics
in the selected category appear in the graphic selection option.
3. If available, select a subcategory from the Subcategory option.
4. If your printer is a color printer, you can display color graphics by
selecting Show color graphics. This is the default setting. If you
clear this option, only monochrome graphics are displayed.
5. If you are using a VisiMate™ System, you can select to display
print, cut, or print and cut graphics. For more information on cut
and print and cut graphics, see
Cutting Out Graphics and
Shapes on page 12-5.
6. Use the scroll bar to browse through the graphics.
7. Click the graphic you want to use. A preview of the graphic appears
on the right side of the graphic list.
8. Click OK to add the graphic to your output, or click Cancel to exit
without adding a graphic.
