Printing Outputs
QuickPrint
The QuickPrint command allows you to add outputs to a temporary
print list. This allows you to batch a number of files together for printing
without saving the files first.
Note: When you close the application or clear the QuickPrint list, the
outputs you created are no longer available. Be sure that you
save any outputs that you want to reuse.
Use the following procedure to print items from QuickPrint.
To print an output from QuickPrint
1. Create or open your output.
2. Select QuickPrint List from the File menu.
3. Do one or more of the following:
Hint! The QuickPrint feature only allows you to print one copy of each
output. If you want more than one copy, you need to select the
QuickPrint option for each copy you want.
Note: QuickPrint is not recommended for PosterPrinter™ outputs.
Option Description
Add to List Adds the current output to the print list.
Print List Prints one copy of every file in the print list.
Preview List Displays the Print Preview window for the files in the print list.
Clear List Clears the current print list, deleting all the temporary files.
Clearing the print list allows you to start a different QuickPrint
list.
